    Embark on a Leadership Development Plan alongside the core program, ensuring a dual focus on personal and professional growth tailored to each individual's journey. Participants will use powerful diagnostic tools to assess their unique starting point and leadership profile. Guided by a Senior Advisor, participants will then engage in reflective conversations to identify their strengths and gaps, and then co-create a tailored action plan to elevate their leadership to the next level.

    The Impact Project is a core feature of this program. Participants apply their learnings to a strategic initiative that is relevant to their own professional contexts.     The Reflective Leader: Humanistic Perspectives for Executive Decision-Making
