Program
The IE Leadership & Foresight Hub starts on February 11th, and concludes on November 11th, 2026. Given the demanding schedules of senior executives, the program is condensed into one monthly session. These sessions typically take place on the first Wednesday of each month, from 3:30 PM to 7:00 PM, preceded by a cocktail-style lunch starting at 2:30 PM. Each session will address a specific current business topic. There will be presentations from expert specialists, and the work will be divided into three main blocks: New Paradigms, Open Debate, and Anchoring for 2026.
ACADEMIC CONTENT
The IE Leadership & Foresight Hub is not designed in the same way as a regular program. Rather than sticking to specific content, sessions will encourage the exchange of ideas based on a series of recommended materials that participants will be asked to read beforehand. Participants will then explore the different topics in depth alongside other executives and experts. This way of working enables participants to:
- Expand their global vision of the business landscape through the contributions of other leaders.
- Implement the ideas and strategies, brought to the table by other participants from different generations, within their own organization.
- Get to know other change-makers in their own sector and in other industries.
- Discover new business opportunities and expand their network of contacts.
To promote debate and to make the sharing of ideas truly effective, the program uses a variety of methodologies:
COLLABORATIVE DYNAMICS
The different leaders and experts participating in the program will be split into groups to collaborate on a wide range of activities. These group dynamics are designed to encourage cooperation and diversity of perspectives, so teams will be comprised of participants from all backgrounds, sectors, and ages.
DYNAMICS OF INTERGENERATIONAL CO-CREATION
The aim of the program is to identify opportunities and design strategies that, while forward-looking, can be implemented in the day-to-day operations of today's companies. To foster innovation, vision, and creativity, a series of "jam sessions" are organized to encourage learning and co-creation among participants. In order to promote intergenerational dialogue, a select group of outstanding IE students are invited to join contributing fresh perspectives and innovative thinking to the discussion.
BOOTCAMP
Participants will deepen their experience through a dedicated bootcamp held on March 17–18 at IE University's Segovia campus, set in the remarkable surroundings of the Monastery of Santa Cruz la Real.
This hands-on format is designed to reinforce key leadership capabilities and foster both personal and professional growth. (Included in the program fee.)
