The IE Leadership & Foresight Hub begins in February and ends in Novembre 2024. Given that the participants are senior executives with busy schedules, the activity is concentrated in one monthly session at IE Tower in Madrid, on the first Wednesday of each month, from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Each session will address a specific current business topic. There will be presentations from expert specialists, and the work will be divided into three main blocks: New Paradigms, Open Debate, and Anchoring for 2024.
The IE Leadership & Foresight Hub is not designed in the same way as a regular program. Rather than sticking to specific content, sessions will encourage the exchange of ideas based on a series of recommended materials that participants will be asked to read beforehand. Participants will then explore the different topics in depth alongside other executives and experts. This way of working enables participants to:
To promote debate and to make the sharing of ideas truly effective, the program uses a variety of methodologies:
The different leaders and experts participating in the program will be split into groups to collaborate on a wide range of activities. These group dynamics are designed to encourage cooperation and diversity of perspectives, so teams will be comprised of participants from all backgrounds, sectors, and ages.
The aim of the program is to seek opportunities and design strategies that, while created with sights set on the future, can be implemented now in companies· day-to-day operations. Various "jam sessions" are organized to encourage learning and co creation, with innovation, vision, and creativity as key pillars.
In addition to attending monthly sessions, participants can also take part in two optional, immersive "Bootcamps” where they will have the opportunity to explore new projects. The first of these will be held at the Segovia campus, and the second at IE Tower in Madrid.
