OVERVIEW
OVERVIEW
You’re clear on where you are going. The question is who will come with you?
Leadership Reimagined is a three-day program that trains in the capabilities business schools rarely teach: turning vision into movement. Most experienced leaders arrive here with the strategy, the data, and the track record. What they're missing is the capacity to make others feel what they already know; to move people, not just inform them.
This ability doesn't come from another framework. It comes from practice. The arts have been solving this problem for centuries: how to create meaning, hold attention, build trust, and shift how people see things. Theatre, music, visual arts, and storytelling are not mere metaphors for leadership here, they are the methodology. You’ll work with them first-hand, and what you develop will stay with you long after the three days are over.
Few European cities have a relationship with the arts as long, as layered, and as alive as Madrid. This program takes place in it, not as a backdrop, but as an active part of the curriculum. Through IE School of Humanities' partnerships with institutions including the Museo del Prado, the Reina Sofía, the Thyssen-Bornemisza, the Teatro Real, the Orquesta y Coro de Madrid, and the Galería de las Colecciones Reales, the city's most significant cultural venues become your classroom.
THE PROBLEM THIS PROGRAM SOLVES:
"I know where we need to go. But I can't get people to want to go there."
The skills that got you this far, analysis, logic, and effective communication, worked well up to a point. What matters now is inspiration: your ability to shape how people interpret meaning, what's happening, why it matters, and what best to do about it.
WHAT WE MEAN BY 'REIMAGINED':
An orchestra conductor doesn't lead through authority, but rather through listening, timing, and signal. A theater director doesn't achieve great performances through instruction, but rather through creating the conditions for the actors to flourish. These are examples of visionary leadership skills. When you train and rehearse them, you don't just learn how to lead. You reimagine what you can become.
WHERE THIS COMES FROM:
This transformative program has been designed by IE’s School of Humanities merging organizational science and artistic practice, not merely borrowing from the arts, but rebuilding oneself from within them.
