Professional with more than 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, especially in the area of Professional Development and Talent Management in a Multinational environment. Managing Partner of The Challenge Group Executive Coaching.
Since 2012 her professional activity is focused on Executive Coaching and Soft Skills development and training as well as teaching in postgraduate programmes in different Business Schools at International level. Since 2021 he has been Faculty Development Lead at UBI (Brussels) and collaborates with the Instituto de Empresa as Senior Advisor for the AMP programmes.
