Chandrika Rathee
Chandrika joined the Ph.D. program in strategic management at IE Business in 2016. Previously, She has worked for over 7+ years implementing projects in the financial and telecom sector. She is an Electrical Engineer by training and has professional expertise as a project manager.
Her research is driven by her appreciation and understanding of technology and innovation. Her primary line of investigation concerns the firm's innovation and information strategies. She has presented her research in all top management conferences, including AOM, DRUID, and SMS and has been among the Finalist for the Best student paper Award at AOM 2020 and Winner of SMS 2021 Best Student paper(Knowledge and Innovation Group). She enjoys being part of the research community and has been actively reviewing for top conferences.
Given her data analytics and programming expertise, She teaches various courses across degree levels at IE and has been appreciated by her students with superior course evaluations.
