The Digital Marketing Master's Degree

Brands, products, services, and organizations have become customer-centric, and the key is understanding consumers to be able to predict their behaviors on- and offline. This, along with the fast pace of digital disruption, has brought Digital Marketing front and center, where marketers now need to provide a seamless experience, regardless of the channel or device. Marketing today means marketing for a digital world.

The Master in Digital Marketing is a 11-month program, taught by industry experts using hands-on and practical methodologies in order to bring the real challenges digital marketing professionals face today into the classroom. You will also develop project management, team building, and communication skills.

Precourse

The online precourse will take place in October and ensure you’re fully prepared for the rest of the master’s program.

Marketing Fundamentals

You will gain a holistic understanding of the latest strategies and methodologies used in marketing. You’ll cover topics such as marketing fundamentals; brand strategy, branding, e-commerce and e-marketplace platforms; product and service innovation; distribution channels and sales management.

Digital Marketing

Communications and Tools. This key area will introduce you to the cutting-edge platforms and tools used in digital marketing. Class topics include web and omnichannel marketing automation; lead generation, search (SEO/SEM) and social media; marketing automation and omnichannel content distribution, to name a few.

Digital Customer Management and Analytics

Today’s customer-driven market requires data, insight and strategies to create a seamless customer experience. This area will channel your focus on digital customer management alongside an in-depth exploration of digital customer intelligence, engagement, consumer behavior and market research.

Tech and Professional Skills

Strong communication and critical thinking skills are the difference between average and extraordinary. You will develop in-demand skills in digital visualization and tech for marketing, project management, communication and team leadership to boost your employability.

Capstone Project

The Master in Digital Marketing opens doors to accelerate your career and unlock your potential. You’ll participate in internships and develop a comprehensive final Capstone Project. This is a group project based on the brief of a brand under The Coca Cola Company. Not only will your team respond to the real-world problem posed by the company, you’ll present to a jury composed of faculty and Coca Cola representatives.
