IE Women offers diverse and ever-evolving initiatives with one common goal: to create a space where women can be inspired, uplifted, and supported. Connect with new people, exchange advice and expertise, compare experiences, and come away with the motivation and insight to keep moving forward.
Past events
At IE University, we pride ourselves on both our ability to act as thought leaders in our industries, and our commitment to connect the IE Community to the world of work. To that end, we organize hundreds of events per year that are open to the public—the perfect way for women to make further-reaching connections in their sector and beyond.
ICMA
The ICMA Women's Network event at the IE Tower was a vibrant convergence of leaders advocating for gender diversity, addressing biases and gaps in tech, law, finance and more.
EMPOWER HER IN STEM
The Empower Her in STEM event aimed to inspire and build confidence for women pursuing STEM fields through workshops on VR, robotics, and the science of rainbows.
GLOBAL SUMMIT OF WOMEN
The 2024 Global Summit of Women brought together the brightest minds in business to discuss topics such as new paths for women in the workforce as well as future-forward solutions to unique business problems.
CHICAS IMPARABLES
Organized by 50&50 GL, the Chicas Imparables event at the IE Tower aimed to inspire girls and young women through educational sessions on marketing, finance, and entrepreneurship.
WOMEN'S LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE
The 8th Annual Women's Leadership Conference at IE University featured diverse speakers from sports, business, and wellness, and celebrated the winners of the Women's Empowerment Challenge.
