WEEK 1 - WELCOME TO THE PROGRAM

In this week, participants will meet the professor and become familiarized with the main objectives of the program, the program structure, and the assignments they will be working on during the rest of the program. A welcome networking session will be hosted, giving participants the opportunity to forge meaningful connections with their peers.

WEEK 2 - INTRODUCTION TO DIGITAL BUSINESS MODELS

This week, students will gain a comprehensive understanding of digital business models and their significance in today's rapidly evolving business landscape. They will explore various digital transformation strategies and learn how businesses leverage technology to stay competitive and create value.

After completing this session, participants will be able to:

  • Identify the key elements of successful digital business models and how they differ from traditional models.
  • Analyze case studies of companies that have successfully implemented digital transformation strategies to gain a competitive advantage.
  • Understand the challenges and risks associated with digital transformation and how businesses can address them.

During week two of the program, a live session with the program Learning Facilitator will be hosted, an opportunity to connect with an industry expert who will be guiding you through your learning journey. 

WEEK 3 - DIGITAL BUSINESS MODELS ECOSYSTEMS

During this week, students will explore a wide range of digital business models, such as subscription-based models, platform-based models, and data-driven models. They will understand how each model operates, the revenue streams they rely on, and the implications of adopting each model.

After this week, participants will be able to:

  • Classify various digital business models and comprehend their unique features and functionalities.
  • Evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of different digital business models.
  • Develop a critical mindset for selecting the most suitable digital business model based on a company's goals.

During week three of the program, an interactive live session with the program faculty will be hosted, giving participants the opportunity to engage directly with the creator of the program, dive deeper into concepts seen in the learning materials, and discuss practical applications. 

WEEK 4 - IMPLEMENTING DIGITAL BUSINESS MODELS

In this final week, students will learn how to effectively implement digital business models within organizations. They will explore strategies for managing the cultural shift, adapting existing processes, and embracing digital technologies to support the chosen model. Additionally, they will understand the importance of performance metrics and continuous improvement in digital business endeavors.

After this week, participants will be able to:

1. Explain the key elements of organizational changes in the context of digital business model implementation.

2. Discuss the role of technology integration in building, supporting, and enhancing digital business models.

3. Apply strategies for managing cultural shifts to a case study or real-world scenario related to digital business model implementation in various industry and organizational contexts.

4. Propose innovative solutions for overcoming challenges in the agile implementation of digital business models.

At the end of week four, participants are given the opportunity to continue networking in a live session, discussing key takeaways from the program and looking forward collectively to how they will implement these takeaways in their individual business contexts.
