WEEK 1 - WELCOME TO THE PROGRAM

More information below

In this week, participants will meet the professor and become familiarized with the main objectives of the program, the program structure, and the assignments they will be working on during the rest of the program. A welcome networking session will be hosted, giving participants the opportunity to forge meaningful connections with their peers.

WEEK 2 - WEBSITE AND APPS CREATION

More information below

Throughout the week, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of web app builders, their features, and their role in simplifying the process of web app development. They will gain hands-on experience in creating both web apps and mobile apps using popular no-code platforms. Additionally, they will learn the fundamentals of web app and mobile app design, including best practices for user interface design and content organization.

After completing this first week, participants will be able to:

  1. Identify the key components of domain management, including domains, DNS, and the process of creating a domain.
  2. Explain the basics of Content Management Systems (CMS) and their significance in web development.
  3. Utilize low-code tools like Thunkable or Glide to design and build a mobile app with specific features for a given use case
  4. Synthesize concepts from different lessons to create an AI-driven website and app that addresses specific user needs, using relevant tools
  5. Analyze and compare the advantages and disadvantages of various low-code app creation frameworks.

During week two of the program, a live session with the program Learning Facilitator will be hosted, an opportunity to connect with an industry expert who will be guiding you through your learning journey.

WEEK 3 - DATABASES, FORMS AND PAYMENTS, AND AUTOMATION

More information below

Throughout the week, students will gain practical knowledge of automating workflows, including both simple integrations using Zapier or Integromat and more advanced robotic process automation (RPA) using UiPath or Automation Anywhere. They will learn how to create and customize forms using Google Forms or Typeform and integrate payment systems using Stripe or PayPal. Additionally, students will learn the basics of creating and managing databases using Airtable or Google Sheets, enabling them to organize and analyze data effectively.

After completing this third week, participants will be able to:

  1. Apply programming-based approaches to create a chatbot using platforms like Alexa or Azure.
  2. Use generative AI tools, such as Midjourney, GPT-4, or Hugging Face, to create images and text.
  3. Create content and digital assets using generative tools including audio tools, video tools, and AI-powered assistants like Copilots and AutoGPT.
  4. Integrate chatbot functionality into a practical scenario using tools like Alexa or Azure.
  5. Create a comprehensive digital product for the final program project, incorporating chatbots, automation, and generative AI into a fully functional website or mobile app.

During week three of the program, an interactive live session with the program faculty will be hosted, giving participants the opportunity to engage directly with the creator of the program, dive deeper into concepts seen in the learning materials, and discuss practical applications.

WEEK 4 - CHATBOTS AND AI

More information below

Throughout the week, participants will delve into the world of generative AI by creating chatbots using AWS or Azure, generating images using Midjourney, and generating text using GPT-4 or Hugging Face. They will gain hands-on experience in using these platforms to create dynamic and interactive digital content. Additionally, they will explore other generative tools and platforms, broadening their understanding of the possibilities and applications of generative AI in digital product development and creative projects.

After completing week four of the program, participants will be able to:

  1. Create images and text with generative AI tools, such as Midjourney, GPT-4, or Hugging Face.
  2. Create digital assets  with other generative tools, including audio tools, video tools, and AI-powered assistants like Copilots and AutoGPT.
  3. Assess the effectiveness of different chatbot creation methods (such as Alexa or Azure), comparing programming-based and logic tree approaches and integrating a chatbot functionality into a practical scenario.
  4. Create a comprehensive digital product for the final project, incorporating chatbots, automation, and generative AI into a fully functional website or mobile app.

At the end of week four, participants are given the opportunity to continue networking in a live session, discussing key takeaways from the program and looking forward collectively to how they will implement these takeaways in their individual business contexts.

FINAL PROJECT

More information below

GRADED ASSESSMENT – FINAL ASSIGNMENT GRADED BY LEARNING FACILITATOR. Create a comprehensive digital product, such as a fully functional website or a mobile app, incorporating elements like automation, chatbots, and generative AI (applicable to their own work or professional context to solve a problem).
