In this four-week Generative AI program, participants will explore how to design and implement AI strategies that unlock enterprise value. The program covers responsible adoption, innovation, and business transformation, equipping leaders to harness AI for productivity, growth, and competitive advantage.

Module 1: Welcome to the Program
In this week, participants will meet their peers and become familiar with the main objectives of the program, the structure, and the assignments they will be working on. A welcome networking session will be hosted, giving participants the opportunity to forge meaningful connections with their peers.
Module 2: FOUNDATIONS & PERSONAL PRODUCTIVITY
- Understand how generative AI works (transformers → multimodal models)
- Identify capabilities and limitations with appropriate human oversight
- Build a personal AI toolkit using the 5-Question framework
- Document one measurable workflow improvement
Module 3: AI IN THE ENTERPRISE
- Assess industry and departmental AI readiness
- Identify quick wins with appropriate risk controls
- Design a guard railed pilot with clear KPIs
- Navigate technical, human, and business risks
Module 4: STRATEGY, ADOPTION, & TRANSFORMATION
- Connect AI pilots to business model innovation
- Build a portfolio view (quick wins / platform bets / horizon plays)
- Create an executive-ready roadmap with governance
- Pitch AI transformation to leadership
