OVERVIEW
The Strategic People and Talent Management Program prepares HR professionals to play an active role in their organizations' transformation. Artificial intelligence, data, and technology are integrated throughout strategic leadership, employee experience, and digital leadership. Participants learn to design an AI adoption plan for the People function, redesign processes such as recruitment, onboarding, development, and compensation, and communicate people decisions in business terms.
