        Overview

        During the program, participants from around the world will work together to strategically analyze and make decisions to enhance their abilities. They will learn how develop and design programs to better fit their companies needs and discuss how strategy is essential for growth. These topics will be explored through a practical and collaborative lens, focusing on how AI can enhance decision-making, strengthen program design, and support the creation of impactful, future-ready solutions.
