        This program is dedicated to managers as well as directors who have the ambition to innovate and successfully transform learning & development practices in their organizations.

        This program is a demanding and challenging for participants in terms of preparation, active participation, self-reflection, teamwork, presenting, among other activities. The weekly time commitment is about 4 hours.
