Sara Beneroso, an IE University alum and current Head of Southern-Central Europe at Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios, returned to campus to deliver an engaging talk for students in the Bachelor in Humanities and the Dual Degree in Business Administration and Humanities programs. She offered an inspiring perspective on how the humanities can play a pivotal role in shaping a successful business career.

Tracing her journey from studying in China to working in the Paris fashion scene, and eventually leading regional strategy at Amazon MGM Studios, Sara highlighted the importance of cultural sensitivity, historical insight, and empathy throughout her career.

What resonated most with students was her perspective on the humanities as a unique professional advantage. Understanding human behavior, appreciating cultural nuance, and crafting meaningful narratives are skills rooted in a deep knowledge of history and context.
