IE School of Humanities at ARCO Madrid

Students from the Bachelor in Humanities and the Dual Degree in Business Administration & Humanities at IE University took part in a curated visit to ARCO Madrid, Spain’s premier international contemporary art fair. The experience was organized by Iciar Sánchez-Mangas and her team at Mapping Culture, in collaboration with the IE Arts & Business Club.

This year’s edition of ARCO explored the Amazon and hybrid existences, inviting reflection on ecological concerns and questions of identity from a global perspective. Through direct engagement with artists and artworks, participants gained firsthand insights into contemporary art practices and the dynamics of the art market.
