If not, you risk making “The Coach”, Adrian Herzkovich, mad. 40 IE alumni gathered on campus for a special masterclass led by LinkedIn top voice and internally known executive coach, Adrian Herzkovich, on how to build their personal brand and wind up with a social media wake-up call.
With content that’s generated millions of views, one could say that Adrian's got street credit in the digital world. The Coach has become internationally famous for his impactful and very personal take on Leadership Development, Life Coaching, Public Speaking, Management Consulting, and more!
For the alumni who joined this event organized by Talent & Careers, Adrian delivered a powerful, thought-provoking masterclass on personal branding and the necessity to adopt all social media, especially those “Big 4”: LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and TikTok.
Addressing initial skepticism among attendees, Adrian humorously remarked,
“If tomorrow a social media channel called TokTik emerges, count me in. Same goes for TakTak or TikTik – I don't discriminate.”
His journey from novice to TikTok sensation underscores the transformative power of embracing new mediums, with 90% of his business now stemming from this channel alone.
The session also touched upon the shifting paradigms of the gig economy1, prompting professionals to consider proactive strategies for career longevity.
