MENTORING & COACHING ROLES
Mentoring is a great way to pay your success forward and help to shape current students or alumni experience.
Our different mentoring programs will give you an opportunity to have a positive impact on the lives of current students. Alumni coaches and students are able to learn from each other as they connect in a variety of ways — virtually and in-person.
As IE alumni, you have the skills and experience to support other student and alumni in many ways. You can help other members of the community grow professionally and hone their expertise.
Currently there are 5 ways in which you can pledge to help other members of the alumni community:
- Offer career advice
- Review CV’s
- Answer industry specific questions
- Open doors at your workplace
- Introduce alumni to your connections (by email, LinkedIn,…)
