HOW DO I RECOVER MY USERNAME OR PASSWORD?

FORGOT YOUR IE ALUMNI USERNAME OR PASSWORD?

Keep in mind:

  • Upon graduation, your IE login ID changes from USERNAME@student.ie.edu to USERNAME@alumni.ie.edu
  • Your login data is case-sensitive and when logging in, you will need to write the entire login ID, with @alumni.ie.edu

Recover my Username 

Enter the email address linked to your Alumni account and click Send.  We will send you an email with your Alumni username.  If you don´t see an email from us in your inbox within a few minutes, check your spam folder.

Reset Password 

Enter your IE Alumni account USERNAME@alumni.ie.edu and we will send you an email with instructions to recover your password.

HOW CAN I UPDATE MY CONTACT INFORMATION?

LIFE IS ALL ABOUT CHANGE.  DO YOU NEED TO UPDATE YOUR PERSONAL CONTACT INFORMATION ASSOCIATED WITH  YOUR ALUMNI ACCOUNT?

Access your profile in IE Connects to update your personal data (mobile phone, email, address) and communication settings so we can stay connected with you. In addition, your public alumni profile will be updated in the Directory so other IE community members who wish to network in your region may find you.

CAN ALUMNI ACCESS THE IE CAMPUS?

To guarantee the safety and well-being of our IE community on campus, we have put in place the following guidelines to ensure an IE Staff member can host and accompany our alumni when they return to campus, under these circumstances:

IE Events: Alumni may attend our events on campus and will be notified of the proper security measures to access on the day of the event.

IE Library: Alumni may access the IE Library (María de Molina and Segovia) during visiting hours.  Please see “Can Alumni access the IE Library?” for more information.

IE Registrar’s Office: Alumni who wish to pick up their official diploma, upon having followed the given process as explained in “How can I get my Diploma?”, may visit the Registrar´s Office in the corresponding IE campus.

Other Visits: Only available per a scheduled appointment by an IE staff member. If you would like to schedule an appointment or a campus tour with your Alumni team, please email us at alumni@ie.edu

CAN ALUMNI ACCESS THE IE LIBRARY?

Alumni can access the physical IE Library at María de Molina 31bis in Madrid or at Segovia campus during visiting hours (Monday – Friday 10 am to 7 pm). No appointment needed prior; please bring your DNI or passport for registration.

HOW DO I GET MY DIPLOMA?

Requests for diploma duplicates and official diplomas are managed by the Registrar´s Office. Please see below for more information on how to request these documents for Undergraduate, Masters, and Doctorate degrees. You may also visit the Registrar´s Office website for more information.

IE PRIVATE DIPLOMA REQUESTS:

IE Private Diplomas are handed out on graduation day (please note this is not the IE Official Diploma). If you did not receive on graduation day your IE private diploma, please request as follows:

MASTERS & DOCTORATE: Send an email to: registrar@ie.edu. Include your name, complete mailing address, a contact telephone number, and scanned copies of your ID or passport so that the IE Registrar´s Office may ship the diploma to your residence, with costs covered by IE. Alternatively, if you wish to authorize another person to pick up your IE private diploma, indicate the name of the person and a scanned copy of his/her ID or passport. When picking up the diploma, the authorized person must present his/her ID with the signed authorization at the Registrar’s Office on María de Molina, 31bis, Mon-Fri from 10:00am to 7:30pm.

UNDERGRADUATE: Within two months of your graduation, you may request to pick up your private diploma at the IE Tower by booking an appointment with: ieu.graduation@ie.edu. Please include your name, ID or passport number, and your IE program.

IE OFFICIAL DIPLOMA REQUESTS:

You can request your Official Degree by logging into the Registrar´s Office Service Website for Undergraduate and Master’s and Doctorate degrees . Upon submission of the request, the Registrar´s Office will begin the process of issuing your official diploma and will inform you via email once your diploma is ready. Please note that the issuance of the official diploma, from the Spanish authorities, will take approximately 10 calendar months. IE Official Diplomas can be picked up at the following IE Registrar´s Offices:

Master’s & Doctorate degrees:

No prior appointment needed:

  • María de Molina, 31bis, Madrid. Mon-Fri 10:00am to 7:30pm

Undergraduate Degrees:

By appointment only:

  • Segovia Campus (Calle Cardenal Zúñiga 12, Segovia) Mon-Fri 9:00am to 6:00pm
  • IE Tower (Paseo de la Castellana, 259 E, Planta 12) Mon-Fri 9:00am to 6:00pm

To authorize another person to pick up your IE Official Diploma, you must provide a notarized power of attorney, in compliance with Spanish Royal Decree 1002/2010, August 5th, about Official University degrees.

IE Connects is your “go-to” platform to connect with the IE Community! You can access the platform on the web or download the IE Connects mobile app. IE Connects allows IE students and alumni to expand their network through clubs and the Directory, join events worldwide, find career related resources and much more. Members of the IE Community with IE login credentials can access the platform. Don’t remember your IE credentials? See, “How do I recover my username or password?” for help.

Check your IE Alumni email inbox with your alumni account (@alumni.ie.edu).

If you do not check your alumni account often, re-direct your lifetime IE email to a personal account to make sure you do not miss out on important IE updates.  Go to:  Settings > Forwarding and POP/IMAP.

An IE Alumni is defined as any person completing an IE Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree from IE University, including some executive education programs that grant alumni status.  The following programs grant a certificate of completion and alumni status:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Masters, MBAs and Dual Degrees
  • General Management Program
  • Senior Management Program (SMP)
  • Advanced Management Program (AMP)
  • Programas Especiales de Alta Dirección
  • Doctor of Business Administration (DBA)
