I'm a Telecommunications Engineer from Mallorca, Spain, with a passion for creating digital products that solve real customer problems and make a lasting impact. My career has taken me across Germany, the USA, and Spain, giving me valuable international experience and a broad perspective. I've worked extensively in digital product development within the robotics, automotive, and telecommunications sectors. At ABB Robotics, I led the transformation of the mobile robotics business into a product-led unit, launching cutting-edge solutions. Previously, I helped drive innovation and revenue at Telefónica Digital with the Connected Car product and fueled rapid growth as COO at Pixida USA Inc. How are you impacting the lives of women?

Through mentorship and leadership, I am committed to empowering the next generation of women in technology. Since 2023, I have served as a mentor at the ASTI Foundation, an organization dedicated to inspiring girls and young women to pursue careers in STEM. By sharing my expertise, providing guidance, and acting as a role model, I help female students envision their potential and build fulfilling careers in the tech industry. Additionally, my professional journey reflects a deep dedication to innovation, inclusion, and the firm belief that female leadership is essential for creating a more equitable, sustainable future in technology. Every step I take is aimed at breaking barriers, amplifying women's voices, and paving the way for a more diverse and inclusive industry.

In your opinion, what institutional or societal changes need to be made to keep women at the forefront of business and society?

To keep women at the forefront of business and society, we must embed diversity into the core of organizations — not as an initiative, but as a strategic driver of innovation and growth. It is essential to set clear goals for gender representation in leadership and to create development programs that equip women to lead in every industry, especially in technology, where women continue to be underrepresented. At a societal level, we must continue challenging outdated stereotypes and amplify female role models, inspiring new generations of girls to believe they can lead, innovate, and transform industries. Mentorship and sponsorship must become the norm, ensuring that women are not only offered opportunities but are actively supported and championed throughout their journeys. Building a future with women at the forefront is not just a matter of equity — it is essential for lasting innovation, resilience, and progress. I call on all business leaders to act with intention: embed diversity into your strategies, invest in the next generation of women leaders, and use your platforms to champion and accelerate the change our industries — and our societies — urgently need.
