  • Juan Carlos Pastor

    Professor of Organizational Behavior and Academic Director of the Center for Global Leadership at IE Business School. MA in Social Psychology from Clark University, PhD in Organizational Behavior from the State University of New York and was a Fulbright Scholar at Harvard University.

    Prof Pastor’s teaching techniques include action learning workshops looking at leadership development, coaching, teams, managing diversity and cross-cultural issues. His sessions in High Impact Leadership, also cover how to be an effective manager, motivate, set goals and get commitment from peers and subordinates

  • Siegfried Hoenle

    Managing Director of Talent & Leadership Solutions, a Zurich based consulting firm focused on leadership development. Former Chief Talent / Learning Officer of Credit Suisse. 20-year-business career with roles in London, Zurich and Singapore. PhD in Applied Psychology from the University of Zurich.

    Prof Hoenle’s passion is helping leaders turn their organizations into prospering communities of flourishing individuals and teams, applying the insights of positive psychology. His session in High Impact Leadership, will be about identifying strengths and defining purpose while remaining authentic and communicating with conviction and impact.
