    Head of the Program Advisory Board.

    Jan Rijken is the former Chief Learning Officer for KPMG, ABN AMOR and Mercedes- Benz and is a recognized thought leader in the international Learning & Talent community. In his current role as Director of the Crossknowledge Learning Institute, Jans main goal is to share his experience and knowledge with the Crossknowledge client network and empower them in their strategic Learning performance transformation. In addition, he conducts applied research, publishes on strategic Learning topics on different media and inspires as speaker at international conferences. He is one of the lead facilitators of the International Masterclass L&D Leadership and Head of the Program Advisory Board.

    Costanza Citrini couples a strong multifunctional and international background, with a deep passion for people and talent.
    She is now the HR Director of Chiomenti, leading Law Firm and a true magnet for the most talented Italian lawyers.
    Costanza spent 13 years at McKinsey, mainly serving financial clients with a focus on Organization topics, and as Senior Learning Manager, and before that she held several positions in a medical devices company.

    She holds a Master’s degree in Macroeconomics at Bocconi University, an MBA at Vlerick Business School and she is ICF certified coach.

  • Noémie Le Pertel

    Lead Facilitator Personal Leadership and Vitality.

    Dr. Le Pertel is a licensed doctor of East Asian medicine with over a decade in top-tier academic medical centers and hospitals working as a researcher, educator, and treating over 10,000 patients. She has worked at Columbia University Medical Center, NYU Langone Hospital, Harvard Medical School/Brigham Women’s Hospital, Mount Sinai Beth Israel, NY Presbyterian, Montefiore, and holds a private practice in NYC. She has authored/co-authored publications in Current Problems in Pediatric and Adolescent Health Care, NY Medical Journal, and at the University of Pennsylvania on medical science, clinical care, and burnout/resilience across systems. Dr. Le Pertel has been teaching mindfulness in the context of leadership for over 20 years is the founder of Empowered Wellness and the Center for Positive Leadership, LLC.
