Application fee exemption
If you decide to apply to an IE University bachelor’s program and indicate your IE Summer Program alumni status in the online application, you will receive a €150 application fee waiver.

- Do I need prior experience?
No prior experience is necessary. The program is designed for students from diverse academic backgrounds, and the tracks are accessible to beginners or those looking to deepen their knowledge in a particular field.
Would the program help me with my IE Bachelor application? Do I have any benefits?
The IE Pre-Tracks Program is a great tool to get to know IE before joining a Bachelor, it will give you a taste of the IE community and education system. As an IE Pre-Tracks Alumni, you will benefit from an application fee waiver and from admissions test fee waiver. Also, you willl be part of the IE community, which it will be taken into consideration during your admissions process for an IE Bachelor program. Moreover, during the summer program you will have the chance to meet IE admissions advisor and program specialists, that will guide you and help you with your Bachelor application.
Are there any language requirements?
The program is taught entirely in English, so a good command of English is required. Spanish language skills are not necessary to participate.
What should I bring to the program?
Students should bring:
- Comfortable clothing for academic and extracurricular activities.
- A laptop for coursework.
- Personal items like toiletries and a camera to capture your time in Madrid.
Will I receive a certificate for the program?
Upon completing the Pre-Tracks Summer Program, you will receive a certificate from IE University. The program does not offer academic credits for transfer to degree programs.
