Students discover the invisible engines behind products and services, from operations and logistics to people and technology.. Day 4. Numbers and Decision-Making. An interactive introduction to finance and budgeting, showing how numbers tell stories and force real business choices.. Day 5. Strategy, Risk, and Direction. Students learn how organizations make strategic choices, manage risk, and prepare to move from analysis to action.

Week 2. Apply what you learned to create value inside a real organization.. Day 6. Identifying the Value Gap. Teams identify a clear, specific value gap within an existing organization and define who it affects and why it matters.. Day 7. Designing the Solution. Students generate alternatives, make strategic choices, and define one realistic solution that the organization could actually deliver.. Day 8. Making It Business-Ready. Teams test their ideas using simple logic, light numbers, and assumptions to ensure the solution creates value for both customers and the organization.. Day 9. Storytelling and Pitch Day. Students learn how to communicate their ideas clearly and convincingly, presenting their proposals to a faculty panel.. Day 10. Reflection and Graduation.
