Last November saw the successful completion of the sixth edition of the Customer Experience Management Program, which gave participants the opportunity to take a 360º approach to the discipline in a structured and practical way.

This edition deserves special recognition, as it resulted in a 100% Net Promoter Score (NPS). All the students in the graduating class recommend the program, rating it a 9 or 10 out of 10.

At IE Business School, we constantly strive to provide a first-class experience to the participants of our programs; therefore, we are immensely proud to receive such a positive rating from our students.
