Our Venture Capital program is for investors and entrepreneurs keen to hone their financial and interpersonal skills for venture capital financing. During the program, industry professionals guide participants through the deal process, combining class-based theory with real-world cases and practical group activities. Participants will acquire a deep understanding of how venture capital investors generate investment opportunities, screen, valuate, carry out due diligence, negotiate the termsheet, add value, manage the portfolio, and finally exit the company.
*Should participants in the Venture Capital program wish to cover a wider range of investment classes, they will have access to the Private Equity program with a special concession.
