Yebin Sreenivasan
My professional journey has been a continuous process of learning and growth, rooted in a curiosity to understand and shape the built environment. Beginning with a foundation in design and expanding through design management into real estate development in UAE, I have come to value the interplay between multiple disciplines and perspectives.
The experience of the MBARCH program at IE University was transformative, equipping me to approach challenges holistically combining creative, analytical, and practical thinking. This multidisciplinary outlook has enabled me to appreciate the power of synergy when working across diverse realms such as urban frameworks, masterplans, and integrated communities.
For me, the most rewarding experiences come from collaboration and the exchange of ideas that transcend traditional boundaries. Exploring how design sensibilities intersect with development principles and community needs, I find meaning in contributing to environments that are thoughtful, inclusive, and resilient. My path is defined by an openness to learning, a passion for connecting people and ideas, and a commitment to shaping futures within complex, ever-evolving urban contexts.
"Where design intuition meets development acumen, inspiration turns into opportunity and delivers projects that stand out for both vision and value."
