Applications open every fall. Gateway specializations begin in January. Open to students from all IE University schools.

      GSK Biopharma and AI Gateway Specialization: ‘Next Frontiers in Health’ – in partnership with GSK.

      Join one of Europe’s first pharma-tech collaborations and explore how AI, blockchain, and advanced analytics are reshaping drug development. Engage in expert roundtables, dive into immersive industry experiences, and lead a capstone project co-led by GSK and IE faculty.

      Ripple Blockchain XRP Gateway Specialization – in partnership with Ripple UBRI.

      Dive into the cutting edge of decentralized finance, regulation, and blockchain applications.     Tech Venture Bootcamp (TVB)

    • A fast-moving, 6–12-day journey through the startup lifecycle that is designed to immerse you in the very core of entrepreneurship. You’ll join over 120 students from across IE University to build ventures from the ground up: pitching bold ideas, forming cross-disciplinary teams, validating real markets, and presenting your startup to actual investors and mentors. It’s an intense, hands-on experience that compresses the full startup arc into one action-packed experience. 

      Past winning ideas include AI tools for hospital automation, decentralized dating platforms, and machine learning systems for talent scouting. TVB isn’t just about learning how to pitch—it’s where you’ll find cofounders, meet your first users, and take your first real step as a founder.

    • Addressing financial illiteracy among Gen Z in Spain, this personal finance learning app leverages generative AI to deliver personalized financial education tailored to users' backgrounds and learning preferences. By integrating interactive content, real-life scenarios, and AI-driven quizzes, it equips young individuals with the tools needed for financial independence. Beyond education, the app fosters engagement through incentives like gift cards, ensuring sustained learning and retention. It also serves as a strategic platform for financial institutions, connecting them with an informed and engaged user base.
