IMPORTANT – You can find class calendar schedules on Blackboard Ultra. Please check it daily for any potential changes.
As full-time students, your availability to attend classes is expected from Monday to Friday according to the academic calendar.
Class schedules cannot be modified based on class preferences.

Please consider the ordinary and extraordinary call dates when you book your flights to go home for the holidays; exams might be scheduled up until the last day of each call.

Fall Semester 2025

START:

• For 1st year students: begins September 2nd, 2025.

• For 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th year students: begins September 1st, 2025.

END:

• Ends on December 18th, 2025 for all students.

WINTER BREAK:

• December 19, 2025 – January 6, 2025, both inclusive.

Spring Semester 2026

START:

• Starts on January 7th, 2026 for all students.

END:

• For 3rd (single Bachelors), 4th and 5th year students: Ends on May 8th, 2026.

• For 3rd year students of Dual Programs: Ends on May 14th, 2026.

• For 1st and 2nd year students: Ends on May 22nd, 2026.

SPRING BREAK:

• March 28 – April 6, 2026, both inclusive.

RETAKE PERIOD:

• June 1 to 26, 2026, both inclusive.

GRADUATION CEREMONIES:

• July 6 to 10, 2026
