You will also have access to the resources on hand at IE Talent & Careers, helping you secure an internship by graduation date.

Can I work during the master’s?

All full-time programs are designed for you to be a full-time student, meaning they are not compatible with a full-time job. The main objective of your time as an IE University student is to get the very most out of your program, which includes the full range of extracurricular and networking opportunities on offer.

When will I gain access to the classes?

Students at IE University use the platform Blackboard to follow their courses and class schedules. All the necessary information will be sent to your student email address—using the credentials you set up upon enrollment—approximately two to four weeks prior to the program start date. It’s very important to keep a close eye on these informational emails, as they will help walk you through the onboarding process and tell you exactly when and how to access your class schedule.

What are the pre-programs?

Pre-programs are meant to provide students with foundational knowledge in topics relevant to the master’s program itself. It’s vital you plan well and allocate time to complete these pre-programs. They are particularly useful for students who may be lacking the skills covered. Please note certain pre-programs are mandatory, while others are voluntary—ensure you check this on the program website or by consulting a program specialist.

Admissions

How do I apply to IE University? How long does the process take? When should I start my application?

The first step in the application process is to complete and submit an online application.
To do so, please register with your personal email and avoid using an email from your undergraduate studies or your current employer.

From here, the Admissions Committee will review your application and decide whether to move it to the final phase: the personal interview.

The duration of the process varies significantly for each candidate, so we advise beginning your application as soon as possible, especially as our programs are extremely competitive and in high demand.
