IE Business School Hosts CoBS Annual Meeting, Bringing Together Deans and Alumni from Six Continents to Discuss the Future of Responsible Leadership

IE Business School brought together alumni and global academic leaders for the Council on Business & Society (CoBS) Global Alumni Meet Up in Madrid, gathering the deans of nine leading business schools spanning six continents and 16 countries. The activities took place at the IE Tower, IE University’s vertical, technological and sustainable headquarters in the north of Madrid. The morning of the alumni event, IE Business School also hosted the annual CoBS Deans’ Seminar, strengthening ties among member schools and the alliance’s commitment to shaping a new generation of responsible leaders.

The event featured a high-level roundtable, "The Next Frontier of Responsible Business Leadership: Insights from Business School Deans," facilitated by Professor Concépcion Galdón, Vice-Dean Business with Purpose, IE Business School, and in which the alliance’s academic leaders shared perspectives on how business schools can prepare leaders to address urgent global challenges at the intersection of business, society, and sustainability.
