    Overview  

    The IE – Angelini Academy Gateway aims to identify and support outstanding candidates with strong potential and financial need to pursue the IE International MBA and develop as future leaders in the life sciences and robotics sectors.

    By combining academic excellence at IE Business School with exposure to real-world industry environments, this initiative offers selected scholars the opportunity to gain hands-on experience through a post-graduation internship at one of the operating companies of Angelini Industries. Participants who demonstrate strong performance and alignment during the internship phase may be considered for long-term career opportunities within the Group.

    The program reflects Angelini Academy’s commitment to strengthening its industrial sectors while expanding access to high-quality education, empowering talented individuals to drive innovation, leadership, and positive impact in two of the most transformative industries shaping our future.

    Who Can Apply

      Final awards are subject to a joint evaluation by IE University and Angelini  

    SELECTION CRITERIA​

    We are looking for high-potential candidates who demonstrate:

    • Relevant academic foundation, typically in STEM or fields with meaningful scientific or technological exposure

    • Solid academic and/or professional background  

    • Exposure, skills, or strong interest in Life Sciences and/or Industrial Robotics (through coursework, research, internships, projects, or self-directed learning)

    • Strong motivation for the pharma and/or tech sectors, with clear alignment to Angelini’s values  

    • High potential and learning agility in dynamic, innovation-driven environments

      *Selected candidates will not be eligible for the 15-month International MBA format

    Funding, Terms and Conditions  

    Participation in the IE International MBA included in the Angelini Academy gateway may be fully funded, including tuition and living expenses, for selected candidates who demonstrate significant financial need.

    Those that do not demonstrate significant financial need may be required to contribute a registration fee of €20,000 to Angelini Academy and cover their own living expenses in Madrid.

    Following completion of the program, participants will have the opportunity to undertake a post-graduation internship within one of the operating companies of Angelini Industries. Participants who demonstrate strong performance and alignment during the internship phase may be offered employment within the Group. Upon acceptance of an employment offer, the registration fee will be reimbursed (for those candidates that were required to pay it).

    Specific terms and conditions related to the internship, employment opportunities, and any reimbursement or repayment obligations will be communicated directly by Angelini to shortlisted candidates.
