Kavita Parmar, Founder of the IOU Project and Partner at XTANT, is a seasoned figure in the fashion industry.
Her pioneering work focuses on empowering artisan weavers through technology, earning her international acclaim and numerous awards.
Based in Madrid since 2001, she teaches sustainability courses, consults for major brands like NIKE and Levi’s, and is a sought-after speaker on global platforms.
In 2018, she launched XTANT, a community celebrating heritage textile craft, embodying her commitment to technology-driven social impact.
