Professional experience
Adrián González Sánchez is a seasoned expert in cloud computing and artificial intelligence, with a distinguished career spanning both industry and academia. He currently serves as a Cloud, Data & AI Specialist at Microsoft and is an active member of The Linux Foundation and OdiseIA, organizations focused on the ethical development of AI.
In the academic side, Adrián is the academic director of the Master in Computer Science and Business Technology, and professor of the "Introduction to Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning" course. He also taught in the Bachelor in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence program, and his course, "Project Management and Innovation," gained popularity for its innovative blend of business and technology, equipping students with the skills to design, plan, and market their AI projects effectively. He also teaches executive education courses with HEC Montreal in Canada.
Adrián's educational background includes a degree in Telecommunications and Telematics Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, a Master of Science in Mobile Communications from ParisTech in France, and an MBA from HEC Montréal in Canada. He combines formal education with multiple technology certifications for AI, product management, cloud computing, etc.
Beyond his teaching and industry roles, Adrián is dedicated to authoring books (O'Reilly Media, ANAYA Multimedia) and developing online courses (LinkedIn Learning, DeepLearning.ai, The Linux Foundation) to inspire and educate the next generation of AI professionals.
