IE Talent & Careers unveiled a personalized AI-driven platform to connect July 2025 graduates with tailored job opportunities.

This month, Talent & Careers unveiled its new Job Matching Tool that personalizes job offers for graduating students of July 2025 by using AI to match their CVs and preferences with employer needs.

Gisela Martin, Senior Associate Director of Career Discovery in Talent & Careers, said that the tool is designed to increase the number of placements for students by providing personalised matches based on students’ backgrounds, skills and interests. This specific aspect is the key difference that sets them apart from other generic newspaper alerts on jobs.

"We understand how AI plays a fundamental role nowadays and in recruiting, that’s why we are giving the possibility to students to understand where they make the best match and why they should be applying there," said Martin.

The project’s depth is rooted in continuous development, collaboration, and strategic insight. In a recent interview about how Talent & Careers helps Master in Management students, Martin emphasized the team’s mission to go beyond traditional job boards by equipping students with tools that align closely with their career aspirations.

"It was not a one-day project, it has been 2 years of constantly improving things, analyzing and understanding how we could improve,"  said Marina Dufour Herrero, Analyst & Client Specialist in Talent & Careers. "The amount of emails we exchanged and pilots we conducted to get to this final product are endless."

Javier Blanco, Data Engineer in Talents & Careers, explained that it is an easy and quick approach for students, but only those graduating in July 2025 are eligible and must have updated CVs and correct status of "seekers" on the Careers Portal.

According to Andres Presno, Data Engineer in Talents & Careers, the pilot program involves 500 users each week for both International MBA and other masters programs. Through feedback they were able to increase accuracy and better understand the algorithm.

Martin explained that students will be trained on the process of customizing CVs and using the job matching tool, which provides students with two automated email offers per week that match their interests and experiences.

"There will be classes students can attend to get ready as well as customization of CV’s and finally percentages showing how much they match with each job," said Martin.
