We are excited to announce the launch of the new IE Women Scholarship & Mentoring Program. The program offers a unique combination of financial and mentoring support to female candidates in the 2017-2018 academic year for the following full time programs: International MBA, Master in Finance and Advanced Master in Finance, Master in Business Analytics and Big Data, Master in Cybersecurity, and Master in Real Estate Development.
In addition to 40% of their tuition fee, recipients will take part in IE’s Mentoring Program for six months. The six-month mentoring program is designed to support high-potential women in their career development and is offered by the IE Center for Diversity in collaboration with the IE Women Business Club. As part of this program, scholarship recipients will be matched with a mentor from IE´s vast network. All mentors in the program are successful business men and women, or professionals at board or senior executive levels, who have years of experience in a variety of industries and have volunteered to share their work and life expertise, skills and knowledge, by participating in IE´s Mentoring Program.
At the heart of IE´s Mentoring Program is the one-on-one mentoring relationship. The program has been designed to enhance the mentorship experience by incorporating the following features: diversity oriented, in terms of nationalities, backgrounds, professional experiences and languages of both mentees and mentors; highly practical and flexible, so mentees can work with their mentors to meet their needs and achieve their goals through a personalized action plan; and exclusive & selective, since all participants within the program –both mentors and mentees- are carefully selected.
This new scholarship and mentoring program forms part of the wider #IEWomen initiative that provides ongoing support for the future generations of women leaders, with a special focus on the fields of business, finance, and technology.
Applications are now being accepted, through July 20, 2017.
