NEST, Ecosystem of Digital Creative Industry

The project envisages transforming an old industrial plot of 5 hectares into a model for creative industries (content production) and advanced economic activities. In order to find the right concept of the project, the site and real estate market were analysed. 

Since the Madbit has one of the best internet connections in the city and there are several creative industry companies in the area, it is rational to establish a place that will assemble together a Digital Creative Industry Ecosystem. It will connect Education, Work, Leisure, Arts & Culture and Entertainment activities to provide a unique ecosystem of experiences, with an allure for Nature and Public Space.

Additionally, all unbuilt areas of the plot will be used for public use and will transform the space into a place, where people will gather to connect, watch various live shows & digital art fairs and engage in different activities. Construction will envisage using the latest sustainability measures and will use timber, energy-efficient materials and circular economy principles.
