The project is located at 945 Market St. in the heart of San Francisco. The project site is part of the C40 Reinventing Cities competition. It creates a mixed-use urban development, offering a total of 600,000 GLA (Gross Leasable Area) across two urban sites.
The project provides affordable living accommodations, healthcare amenities, affordable food options, retail spaces, and urban activation. It forms partnerships with Ikea and the San Francisco Public Health Department. The project envisions much-needed urban regeneration, aiming to create strong social and economic impacts while providing essential amenities and services to the local community. It aims to reform and enhance the sense of place in the area.
