Zhaoyi Yan is a doctoral student majoring in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour (2019 intake) at IE Business School, IE University. He graduated with a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration at NHH Norwegian School of Economics. During his studies at NHH, he spent one semester at WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management in Germany. He also gained some practical insights through internships in the field of human resource management at China Vanke and Intel Fab68. He is interested in studying the effectiveness of leaders´ role in the adoption of corporate diversity programs and the outcomes of corporate diversity policies such as career advancement, wages, and employee reviews.
