IE Business School among Top Ten Business Schools Worldwide in Annual Business Masters Rankings from QS

IE Business School's flagship International MBA program holds the 7th position globally and 3rd in Europe, in the latest edition of the QS World University Rankings: Global Full-Time MBA 2022, which ranks the world’s premier full time business programs for aspiring future business leaders. The International MBA, which is a customizable and fully immersive one-year program with a student body representing more than 70 nationalities, has been recognized by QS in the category of Entrepreneurship and Alumni Outcomes, ranking 3rd worldwide in the category and 1st in Europe. In addition to the ranking of the IE International MBA, QS also includes a series of specialized rankings which place IE’s Master in Management program 5th worldwide and the Master in Finance 11th worldwide.

This academic year, IE Business School welcomes Lee Newman as dean, who recently detailed his plans for the school in a Poets & Quants interview, including an innovative new approach to education that involves a highly curated and career-focused educational experience for students. Newman joined the faculty of IE University in 2009 and in the following year became the founding Dean of the school known currently as the IE School of Human Sciences & Technology (HST). He has an interdisciplinary PhD from the University of Michigan in Psychology and Computer Science, an MBA and Master in Technology & Policy from MIT, and a Bachelor in Engineering from Brown University.

The QS World University Rankings: Global Full-Time MBA is compiled according to institutional program performance in five key metrics: Employability, Entrepreneurship and Alumni Outcomes, Return on Investment, Thought Leadership, and Class & Faculty Diversity.

This latest ranking follows IE Business Schools top position, for the fourth year in a row, in QS ranking of Online MBA programs, which showcases IE University’s 20 years of experience in online training and as a pioneer in Europe with the launch of its first online masters.
