The recently signed agreement provides five candidates of Free University/ESM access to a special scholarship program which will make it less costly to complete master-level studies at IE Business School.  The partnership is an exclusive agreement between the two institutions.

"Free University students frequently continue their education through master degrees at leading institutions outside of Georgia, so this partnership is an ideal way to offer the country's future leaders an opportunity to pursue a degree with a top tier academic institution such as IE," said Marina Karchava, Vice Rector, Free University of Tbilisi.

"IE has already received impressive applications from Free University alumni and the candidates not only have exceptional academic records but portray an entrepreneurial thinking that will help them succeed in today's multicultural business environment," said Joël McConnell Director of IE Financial Aid.  "I have no doubt that the Free University scholarship recipients will be a valuable addition to our international student body.
