DIGITAL FOUNDATIONS: Leading transformation in any organization requires a thorough understanding of the principles that underpin growth in the digital era in order to ensure optimal Innovation Management and Change Management, as well as to effectively Manage People & Teams.
DIGITAL PROCESSES & OPERATIONS: Bring your strategic direction to life by creating seamless digital processes and operations that are both efficient and effective. Doing so requires a well-designed Operations Strategy that defines proper BPM Practices to guide Ops. Management and govern the use of Data for Operations.
EMERGING TECH: Becoming a leader in your industry requires an understanding of how businesses are impacted by new technologies. It is even more important to realize how emerging tech relates to and influences different areas of the enterprise value chain in order to design strategies that drives business value

Working in diverse teams, they diagnose the problem, design AI-enabled solution alternatives, and deliver a strategic and actionable implementation plan, ready to present to executive stakeholders.
CAPSTONE PROJECT
The Capstone Project is designed to empower students to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges. Students can tackle strategic initiatives from their own organizations, driving immediate impact, or work on innovative challenges proposed by peers and faculty. This hands-on experience fosters the development of actionable solutions, blending cutting-edge digital transformation strategies with practical execution.
