If you’re resident in Spain and interested in pursuing an Executive MBA, you have a unique opportunity to benefit from tax reduction. Flexible remuneration is a payment method in which your employer may fund the program tuition in full and subsequently deduct up to 30% from your annual salary until the initial fees are fully repaid. As a further incentive, these deductions are not subject to the Spanish Personal Income Tax (IRPF), providing a significant tax reduction for participants.
Additionally, your company can take advantage of the Individual Training Permit (PIF) incentive, which covers the cost of your salary for the duration of the training program that coincides with their workday. This incentive allows you to attend the program during working hours, making it easier for you to balance work and studies.
