The Pre-University Summer Tracks are three distinct two-week summer experiences designed for high school students aged 17 and 18 entering their final year. 

Students can choose between Pre-Law, Pre-Business, or Pre-Design, each focused on a specific academic area.

These programs are ideal for those who want to deepen their knowledge in one field, experience university-level learning, and explore whether that path aligns with their future goals

    Our University Summer Program takes place in sunny Madrid, a vibrant setting designed to enhance your learning journey. IE Tower is the perfect hub for your growth, providing access to cutting-edge facilities and dynamic community space. You’ll be right in the heart of the action, in a space that lets you collaborate, innovate and engage with new ideas.

    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    • To ensure your spot in the program you must be enrolled. Be enrolled means that you must complete the following steps:​

      1. Apply for the program, and be admitted ​

      2. Both you and your legal guardian must sign the program contract

      3. Pay the total amount of the program fee​

      4. The admission is now open!

      Even though, application deadline is in June, places are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis, and we normally open waiting list around March.​

    • If you are a non-European citizen or don’t have an agreement with the Spanish government, you will need a visa to visit us. Each country has its own requirements, we reccomend to ask directly your country consulate for more information. We will also put you in contact with IE Student Services department to help you with the process. ​

      If needed, IE will provide and enrollment letter only once you are enrolled in the program.​

    • You will receive a link to complete the Kira Online Assessment portion of your application. This link gives you access to an unlimited amount of practice questions that you can try out to get a sense of the types of questions asked, and to get more comfortable on camera. When you're ready, set aside 20-30 minutes to record 2 live questions. Remember to be yourself, and show the Admissions Team your personality! 

    • Yes, if the program reaches full capacity, you may be placed on a waiting list. If a spot becomes available, you will be contacted. It's recommended to apply early to maximize your chances of setting a spot in the program.

    • Yes, if you are not accepted to the program this year, you can reapply for the next edition if you meet the program requirements. Many students reapply after gaining additional experience or improving their qualifications. 

    • Unfortunately, this program does not offer scholarships.

    • This program is taught by IE University faculty members, many of whom are industry experts or have academic experience in their respective fields. These professors bring real-world knowledge and insights into the classroom, providing students with a practical and up-to-date eduaction. The faculty is highly experienced, and many are involved in research, consultancy, or business ventures that are shaping the future of their industries.
