Professor Bozza is an Italian lawyer based in Milan, and his practice focuses on sports law as well as on EU and Italian competition law, having joined Osborne Clarke as a partner in September 2017. Prior to joining the firm, he worked for several years for two global law firms in London and Milan. As an expert of sports law, in recent years he has been engaged in a variety of matters, ranging from representation of athletes and negotiation and drafting of transfer/employment contracts, to legal assistance in the context of pre-contentious and contentious disputes involving clubs, FIFA intermediaries and/or athletes. From December 2014 to January 2016, Andrea served a football club as Club General Counsel and General Manager.
