IE Law School celebrates the graduation of more than 250 Master students

A graduation ceremony is taking place with a speaker addressing a large audience of graduates in caps and gowns.

The ceremony took place at IE Tower, the technological and sustainable headquarters of IE University in Madrid.

On July 17, IE Law School celebrated the graduation of 251 students from various Master programs:

  • Máster en Asesoría Fiscal de Empresas (LL.M.) 
  • Máster en Asesoría Jurídica de Empresas Bilingüe (LL.M.) 
  • Máster en Derecho Digital y Tecnología (LL.M.) 
  • Master of Laws (LL.M.) specialized in International Dispute Resolution
  • Master of Laws (LL.M.) specialized in International Business Law
  • Master of Laws (LL.M.) specialized in Intellectual Property and Technology Law 
  • Master of Laws (LL.M.) specialized in International Taxation
  • Máster en Asesoría Jurídica/Fiscal para PwC

The event, held at IE Tower, was attended by numerous guests, including family members, alumni, academic authorities, professors, and staff members. 

The speakers included Marta Delgado Echevarría, partner in charge of the Madrid office of Jones Day; Pedro Olmedilla, partner in charge of Banking and Insurance at PwC Tax & Legal; student speakers Caridad Senderos García (LL.M. en Asesoría Jurídica de Empresas Bilingüe) and Emily Keiler (LL.M. in International Business Law); Eugenia Castrillón, Vice Dean of Programs at IE Law School; Custodia Cabanas, Associate Dean at IE University; and Nashila Velji, Director of Marketing & Communications for Global Alumni Relations at IE University.

During the event, several academic awards were presented, including:

  • ‘Best student Dobles Máster en Abogacía (LL.M.)’: Mina Marinkovic
  • ‘Best student Master of Laws (LL.M.)’: Kalia Lula Norah Tsimaratos
  • ‘Best student Máster en Asesoría Jurídica/Fiscal para PwC’: Jacobo Vicente Piay

This July, IE University celebrates the graduation of more than 3,000 students from 160 countries from the Bachelor and Master programs of IE Business School, IE School of Science and Technology, IE School of Politics, Economics and Global Affairs, IE School of Architecture and Design, and IE Law School.

IE University joins together in congratulating them and wishing them success in all their future endeavors.
