The purpose of this article is to take into account the main contributions that the Economic Analysis of Law (AED in Spain) has made in the study and investigation of corporate law in Spain. Surely, the main contribution has been to emphasize the contractual nature of capital companies, but it has also provided different tools and perspectives to solve traditional problems and typical corporate conflicts.
