The IE NextGen Program is an international forum that offers young professionals in the built environment and real estate industry a platform to voice their opinions, inspire and motivate others through NextGen interviews, share information about diverse career paths, and expand their professional network.

The primary goal of this forum is to facilitate discussions on major market trends, foster entrepreneurial initiatives with an open-minded mindset, and encourage multidisciplinary collaboration across real estate sectors beyond architecture and design.
