Paul Fineberg

UK Associate and Architect at Gensler

Paul Fineberg is an architect and urban planner who trained at UCL and Princeton. He leads research at Gensler, and produces urban strategy plans for the public and private sector. This work ranges in scale from individual houses to the housing of cities. He recently led a 4.35ha study for work place, housing and public space around grade II listed railway infrastructure for an inner London Borough. He is currently researching a population growth strategy for London based upon new infrastructure, education, housing and industry complexes, landscape parks and a revalorised green belt. A significant intellectual resource with the London office, Paul speaks regularly at conferences and to local planning authorities and committees. His research, analytical skills, and out-of-the-box thinking are valued on every project. A highly motivational design manager, Paul ensures that any design decision is worthy of the Gensler name.
