Jaime de Aguinaga
Over 15 years of experience in program management, international development and strategic analysis, leading small and medium size portfolios (up to $130m) and teams (40-60 people) in several countries in Europe, Latin America, Africa, Arab States, Asia and the Pacific. Former Deputy Resident Representative of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). Previous experience with the World Bank, the Spanish Agency for International Development (AECID), Harvard University, international NGOs and companies.
Master in Public Administration and International Development (Harvard University, 2010) and BEng+MEng in Civil Engineering (Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, 2003). Graduated with the highest honours and prizes in both cases, including the Harvard Raymond Vernon Award to the graduating student who best personifies the commitment to international development, academic excellence, potential contribution and leadership. Also honoured with a medal from NATO and a national prize for solidarity & social commitment.
